Southeast Fishery was founded in 1987 on an 11-acre property in Hollywood, South Carolina. Our mission from the beginning has been to provide high-quality, sustainably farmed fish to customers throughout the region.
Our current owner, Jonathan Street, is a former United States Marine who is passionate about sustainable aquaculture and preserving the environment for future generations. He has worked tirelessly to build a business that is rooted in the principles of sustainability, responsible stewardship, and community engagement.
Our business takes great pride in our commitment to sustainable aquaculture practices. We use natural methods for pond maintenance, such as aeration, beneficial bacteria, and biofiltration, to help keep our ponds healthy and clean without the use of harmful chemicals.
We are proud to be a locally owned and operated business, and we are committed to
supporting our local community. We work closely with chefs, restaurants, and other businesses throughout the region to provide high-quality seafood and pond management services that promote sustainability, environmental stewardship, and responsible business practices.
